- To provide a forum for bodies representing
the interests of owners or operators of self-catering holiday accommodation,
that forum facilitating the exchange of information and debate on matters
of common interest.
- To make such representations to official
bodies, whether Local, Regional, National or International, as the interests
of its members may from time to time require.
- To promote and uphold the best interests
of owners and operators of self-catering holiday accommodation in the
territories of its members.
- To encourage, promote and uphold high
standards of self-catering holiday accommodation everywhere.
- To promote the use of self-catering
holiday accommodation.
- To ensure that the importance of self-catering
in tourism is fully recognised locally, nationally and internationally.
- To encourage the formation of national,
regional and (where appropriate) local Associations of self-catering
owners and operators, and where required to, encourage such individual
owners and operators to become members of them.
